  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    No, you are not required.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes we offer direct deposit
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    We can provide a copy of the lease but our property manager signs the lease on your behalf.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes, we are a full service real estate office.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We sign a one year lease.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Normally the equivalent of one month’s rent. Additional deposit maybe required in certain circumstances.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as the property is available for rent and all paper work is signed.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single family homes and small multi-family units.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You have 24 hour access to our online reporting system.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    We hold the deposit in a non-interest bearing escrow account.
